Suzan Brown, our founder has assigned all (but 1 Share) of her equity, a majority interest in TOKEN OF ME, to a MotherTree Trust. She is "All In" and is quite literally banking on the company realizing its vision and everyone aspiring to their Truest Self. The customers of TOKEN OF ME and in particular the top players in the Meadowverse are the Beneficiaries of the MotherTree Trust. This is how everyone, including our investors and co-creators who measurably flow the most True Value using our technology will inherit these Shares and ultimately govern* the company. Suzan is leveraging her entire equity in the company, not by borrowing or raising debt-backed capital, but instead using it as collateral to inspire everyone to realize their True Selves and to ensure optimal win-win value is created for the whole ecosystem. 

After our Series A offering, the only way to ever buy, sell or inherit Shares in TOKEN OF ME is through the MotherTree Trust. In this way, True Equity will be backed by True Value, receiving dividends for your achievements, rewards and co-creative True Value. TOKEN OF ME will never sell its soul.
